With the approval of HUHST, the winter working hours will be implemented starting from October 1, 2025. All units and schools shall arrange work and study schedules accordingly.

1. Office hours for staff on fixed work schedules:
Morning: 8:20 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Afternoon: 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
2. Cleaning tasks scheduled for Friday afternoon:
After 5:00 p.m. on Fridays, all administrative offices, teaching support departments, and schools will do the cleaning.
